Walid has good experience in various legal matters. He has over 7 years of high legal knowledge in various complex legal matters. Since his graduation he has managed to work on different massive legal transactions nationally and globally with excellent results. He has an excellent knowledge of different legal areas and practices like the Stock Markets law and regulations, corporate laws and contracts drafting.  Additionally, he has massive experience in litigation especially in civil law cases.
